Public Notice
Notice is hereby given that the Winnebago County Special Education Cooperative will hold a public hearing at 10:00a.m. on April 9, 2025, at the Winnebago County Special Education Cooperative, 11971 Wagon Wheel Road, Rockton, Illinois 61072, for the purpose of taking testimony from the community regarding the proposal to hold up to two full-day school improvement in-service days, rather than four half days school improvement and in-service days, by accumulating five hours of student attendance time for each full day school improvement in-service days used for school improvement planning and development.
The Winnebago County Special Education Cooperative is committed to assisting the member districts in implementing a comprehensive program for all eligible students by addressing each child's identified needs and preparing them to be contributing members of the community.
